About Kari...

Hi, I'm Kari. I'm 39 and live in southern Missouri with my husband and children. Our 3 children are - Myron, 14, Alexander, 12, and Nora, 7. My favorite animals are cats and squirrels (though I love all kinds of animals).

I work as an assistant director for a thrift store. The profit from the thrift store goes back into the community to assist those who need help with bills and food. I am glad to have my job, and glad to help people in need.

I love to travel, take photos, read, and play video games (like Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, and Minecraft.).
I love to watch Supernatural, the Walking Dead, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, disney movies, Indiana Jones, and Doctor Who (the 10th doctor is my favorite). I also love westerns and most anything with Sam Elliott in it.
I also like to hang out with friends and family.
My favorite authors are Dean Koontz, Erin Hunter, Richard A Knaak, and Louis L'Amour. I love to read a variety of books.
I like to drink coffee, coca-cola and sweet tea, and I love to eat chinese food (the american version, have never tried authentic), pizza, and chocolate.
I love to take photographs of my kids, sunsets/sunrises, and all sorts of other things.
I also love archaeology and Egyptology. I have a tattoo of Bastet on my leg that I still love very much.

I would love to learn about your culture, traditions, and history. I also like new recipes and learning about local folklore. I would love to learn about your hobbies, favorite places to visit, and maybe even what names are most popular where you live. I'm curious about all sorts of things. I also would love to hear recommendations for places to visit where you live!

I am planning a trip to Ireland in the next year and a half and I would love to hear recommendations for places to go and things to see, whether you are from there or have traveled there. Thanks!

I love all kinds of postcards. Thank you in advance!
