I'm so happy to discover the Postcrossing website, as I really miss the days when my mailbox had something more exciting than bills and advertising.

I'm very new here, and I'll enjoy any postcards you send me. I love travelling and learning about places and the history of places, so it would be particularly interesting to see old buildings and historical sites, especially if there's a story behind them that I can learn more about. Also old churches and sites with religious significance (not necessarily Christian - it's interesting to learn more of the history of any faith tradition).

I also love animals, especially cats and birds, and just hearing about people's day-to-day lives in places far away.
