I'm just a big goof. :)

My Mom taught me how to cross stitch and needlepoint when I was a child, and I still love doing those to this day. (Blackwork, redwork, and all sorts of other needle arts, too!) I finally bought my first sewing machine and have been teaching myself how to sew. (Mom tried, but I never cared for it back then. Probably because I had to start with dresses and skirts, and I hated wearing those as a kid!)

I love photography and filming things. I don't have an expensive professional camera, but does that matter THAT much? Nah!

Reading lots of books, writing stuff - yeah, I WISH a novel, but I keep getting distracted.

I also am a complete history nut, and love to play video games like World of Warcraft, Myst, and SecondLife - which is how I found out about Postcrossing, believe it or not.

I love cards that show history or the world you see where you live. I don't care much for the "Greetings From..." cards unless they are especially kitschy or a reproduction of something Mid-Century or older. And just tell me a bit about yourself! What you did today, or what you like. Anything! :)
