I'm retired and live in the Santa Cruz mountains which is a coastal mountain range near the Pacific Ocean. There are many very tall redwood trees where I live. I have a dog (Daphne) and a cat(Luna) and they are best friends. My husband and I have been married for 37 years. We have two beautiful granddaughters who live nearby so we see them often.

I love to read, garden, cook, make quilts and a variety of other crafts. I enjoy music, art, museums, yoga, walking in the woods as well as on the beach. I often visit my family in Minnesota and Seattle.

I think Postcrossing is a wonderful way to bring people from all over the world closer together and to learn to appreciate our differences as well as our similarities.
