Hello!

My name is Helena and I recently joined Postcrossing. I live in Curitiba, in the southern region of Brazil. The southern region has a colder climate, greater European backgraund and less samba music compared to the rest of Brazil.

Since I do not have many acquaintances abroad and do not travel much, I would love to receive typical postcards of your country/hometown, like buildings, cityscapes, landscapes and architecture. I would also love cards with the arts of artists, designers or cartoonists from your country. Of course I will appreciate any postcard you send me, even if it doesn't fit any of the above. :)

Since I like to know more about other cultures, you can write me something in your language (preferably with translation) and / or recommend me a singer, artist, cartoonist, author etc of your country.

For those of you who have received my cards I would like to apologize for any delay in sending. Unfortunately the postal system here is quite slow and the cards usually take 30 days or more to arrive in other countries.
