Hello, postcrossers!

I live in the southeastern corner of Iowa - near the mighty Mississippi River. I have been married to my husband since 2000. We have a son (2002) and a daughter (2006). We also have a longhaired chihuahua named Angelita Bonita. I work in a department store.My hobbies are reading, singing, crafting, making my own skincare, music - especially Pentatonix, and of course Postcrossing.

* Vintage looking pictures,
* Animals - especially mamas with their babies
* Government / Royalty
* Holidays
* Your county's language and maybe a favorite quote
* Movies - musicals, Harry Potter, Disney, Charles Schulz' Peanuts
* Characters and Celebrities - Underdog, Charles Schulz' Peanuts, The Muppets/Sesame Street, Sandra Bullock, Carol Burnett, Julie Andrews and John Travolta.

I am very much looking forward to your postcard. I am not particular about what I get. Any mail that's not a bill is a welcome sight to see. However, if you need any ideas, any of the above are great or you can send me a postcard of your favorite thing! My small, fair town only sells tourist postcards, so any cards are welcome.

If possible, please note the date and temperature. I'm curious.
