I am a crane and heavy equipment operator.
I have 8 wonderful grandchildren, but only a few live close by.
I was raised on a small farm and continue to live a rural life.
I live in central Washington State. Washington is unique in that it has almost every climate available within it's borders. Within a hundred miles or so of my home, I can be at the ocean, rain forest, mountains, both high and low altitude deserts, or abundant farm land.
I joined Postcrossing as a project for myself and my grandchildren to share. I think it will be fun for us to look up and learn about the countries/areas that we receive cards from.
