I'm 36 years old, mother of one child. Normally I live in Northern Finland but stay in San Jose, USA with my family for a year now. Talk about change - California and Finland are both breathtakingly beautyful, and about as different as two places can be! Besides high tech, this area has fair share of sun, mountains, mixtude of cultures and nationalities, and laid back lifestyle.

Back in Finland I'm a practical nurse working in children's daycare. I also have previous profession as a geography & biology teacher. At the moment I'm a stay at home mom, or operational director of family inc.

I like papercrafts and knitting, falling deeply for planners and bullet journalling. Also write a lot of everything. I absolutely love lighthouses and sea! Sports - yes please, as long as competing isn't required... History is close to my heart, and I like visiting really old places. All the better if there's a good ghost story included (love spooky stories, don't know if I believe them, though)...

Would love to learn about new people, countries, languages and cities. It would be marvellous to have a postcard with YOUR local wiev, but any postcard brightens my day, really.
