GASK

Hi everybody,
GASK – the Gallery of the Central Bohemian Region - is a regional institution focused on art of the 20th and 21 century. It was founded in 1963. Between 1990 and 2009 it was called the Czech Museum of Fine Arts; it became Gallery of the Central Bohemian Region in May 2009.It represents a new stage in the transformation of the original regional institution, which during the past decades has changed its name and registered address GASK has its main building in one of the chief landmarks of the town of Kutná Hora: the large complex of the Jesuit College, and is thus the second largest gallery in the Czech Republic.
