I am a wife and mother living near Atlanta, Georgia. I have been a nurse for more than 20 years and love my hospital nursing job. I have a kitten Ziggy who was rescued from an auto repair parking lot. My avatar is part of a poster my 25 yr old son did for an art exhibit for his school. My mother introduced me to postcrossing a little over 8 years ago and I am so happy she did. Sadly she passed away in January 2018. But every time I send or receive a postcard I feel we are still connected.

I have made the difficult decision to no longer register cards I have not received. There seems to be many more requests to do this lately. Sometimes my cards do not arrive and I send another one. I don’t mean for this to be punitive but simply in line with the Postcrossing guidelines. Thanks for understanding
