I am originally from Kent, the Garden of England, but I now live near the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District.

I love card making, cross stitching, crochet, knitting and lots of other creative projects. I'm a single Mum with a 13 year old daughter and we both love collecting postcards - I've been collecting since I was a little girl.

I have no preference in the postcards I receive, so long as they're nice. That's the whole idea of postcrossing - to receive a postcard of any kind, from somewhere else in the world. I have read a few UK profiles and am actually upset at the list of 'do not send/I don't want/don't like', My favourite season is winter and I do love to receive winter scene and Christmas scene postcards, but like I said, I will love any postcard you send me.
