Hello from the top of the world! I am a Finn living and working in Nepal for a couple of years, accompanied by my two children. We have been more or less active postcrossers under the name "FamilyN" while living in Finland. It's always special to receive a postcard from someone somewhere in the world, and so we are returning back to postcrossing, but to avoid confusion I am creating a different account for while we are in Nepal.

Every item I find in my postbox is like receiving some extra sunshine for the day! It sometimes takes a long time for post to arrive here, so be patient. Generally everything comes sooner or later.

I would love to hear something about you, something about your day, what made you happy, sad, what happened to you on this specific day, small or big. Maybe tell me what was the headline news in your country on this specific day. Recommend a book. Or whatever you fancy writing, but please write something!

I have no specific requirements on the type of postcard. Send me whatever you like yourself. However, if you are short of ideas here are a few:

- vintage, or old postcards, any era(really love them!), even used ones!
- people, especially children, old people, lovers, women, dancers..
- art, old film posters, book covers etc.
- anything unusual/weird/surprising
- self-made cards much appreciated - use your creativity! (How about a cut out from your local newspaper?)
- anything particular to your country/place you live in, landscapes/city views
- trains and other means of transport, post-related stuff, details of buildings (such as windows, etc.)
