Hello fellow Postcrosser!

I am Elizabeth (36) from Pensacola, Florida in the United States. My wife and I have four amazing, inquisitive kids! We love to learn together as a family, so we love reading about cultures, history, science, space, animals, world events, food, travel, architecture, and art. We also enjoy playing board games and cards together like Catan, Ticket to Ride, Rummicube, Clue, Rummy, and of course…. Monopoly. Right now, our favorite board game is Rummicube.

The area we live in is located on the Gulf of Mexico and is known for having some of the most beautiful beaches in the United States. We also live close to the Pensacola Naval Air Station which is home to the Blue Angels!

We love going camping and hiking all year long! I love photography so when we go on our trips, I take my camera to capture insects, flowers, animals and nature in general.

We have three cats, one tabby, one torti-tabby, and a polydactyl tuxedo cat, but we LOVE all animals!

I currently work full-time in a managerial/office job, but I love cooking big family meals. Therefore, my hope is to someday open my own restaurant. If you have a recipe I should try, please don’t hesitate to share and I’ll add it to my recipe collection!
