Greetings from South Africa!

My name is Diandra and I'm 29. I'm a high school English teacher. I live in the coastal city of East London.

I love animals and have an 11-year-old miniature pinscher, Tobey, and a cat named Daisy. My hobbies include reading (I love Harry Potter and thriller / mystery books), shopping, visiting museums when I have the opportunity (I love history), watching movies that interest me, Postcrossing and writing penpal letters.

I haven't done much travelling (yet) but I plan on it in the future. There are so many places I'd love to visit, so for now, Postcrossing helps me to explore the world.

I'd love to receive typical tourist postcards showing me the area you are from. I prefer my postcards written on and stamped rather than posted in an envelope. No ad or free cards please, or cards depicting domestic animals. Please write something on the postcard besides "Happy Postcrossing" - I'd love to learn something about you or about the place that you are from.

P.S. I always register postcards on the day I receive them - if I haven't registered your card yet, it means that I haven't received it! The South African Postal Service is usually very slow, but cards do get to me eventually.
