I live in Alaska with my fiance and our cat and dog who is a dachshund mix. I enjoy reading, writing letters, learning about languages, cultures, history, art, and making friendship bracelets and kumihimo. I am also very interested in UNESCO world heritage sites.

I love "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series written by George R. R. Martin, which the tv series Game of Thrones is based off of. It is my favorite series. But I also like True Blood, Castle, Bones, Terra Nova, Helix, The Tudors and many more tv series. I tend to like period pieces most.

I love to collect many things from where I have been. I collect playing cards, flags, dictionaries of the language spoken, history books of the area, travel books, and tons of maps. I love maps. Especially if they are artistic. I love maps that look old. I am particularly fond of temple stamps from Japan. I have a small collection but i would love to expand it.

As per the rules I wont ask for any specific type of cards. I want you to be creative. Be crazy. Be artistic. Be by the book. Be flamboyant. Draw a picture on the card (I like art. My profile picture is a piece of my own artwork). Write a poem. Write your message completely in your own language. I can figure it out. ^_^ Use a homemade card. Use a store bought card. Use the simplest stamps or the most crazy stamps your country offers. I don't care. ^_^ I want the postcard to represent you. I would love it if you would teach me a word in your language. Any word that comes to mind. That would be fun!

I also dont mind doing swaps. As long as the requests are reasonable and dont cost too much. Send me a message and we can figure it out! ^_^
