I REGISTER POST CARDS RECEIVED IMMEDIATELY. SO IF YOU HAVE SENT ONE AND IT IS NOT YET REGISTERED, IT CAN ONLY MEAN THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET.

I am married and have three grown up children, twin boys and a younger girl. I enjoy being with people, especially in the outdoors, like hiking or camping. We regularly visit our national parks where we ride around in the bush for hours looking for wild animals like lion, elephant, rhino, leopard, etc. We often go to our local beaches, either for a swim or just a walk. From our one beach we have a beautiful view of Table Mountain, which has recently made the official list of one of the Wonders of the World. My husband did a lot of travelling during his working years, but is now retired. The two of us have done some overseas travelling together in the last few years. Mostly in Europe and a quick visit to Toronto where some family live. In 2017 we did a canal cruise around Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and then some Baltic countries on a cruise ship. In 2018 we visited beautiful Barcelona, Andorra and a number of Eastern European countries. In 2019 we visited some family in Malta, then flew to Sicily and drove all over for 8 days. From there we flew to Portugal and spent 10 days visiting the Algarve, Lisbon and some smaller towns. We are hoping to visit many more interesting places in future. I also enjoy reading, theatre and cycling. I love sending and receiving post cards to and from all over the world. You can send me any postcards but it is always nice if you write something about yourself and your hometown. Enjoy postcrossing.
