Hello everyone! My name is Daniel, and I'm from Spain. I'm married and have a little girl and a devilish golden cocker spaniel ;)
I live in the North-West of Spain, in a region called Asturias, which might match with the idea that everybody has of Ireland: green, cloudy and rainy in winter, the sound of bagpipes in the streets...
My hobbies are:
* Reading: Tolkien, George R.R. Martin, Ken Follet, Isaac Asimov are just some examples, besides many Spanish authors.
* Watching movies and TV series: The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Modern Family, Homeland, The Walking Dead, Lost... The Hobbit, The Lord of The Rings, Star Wars, The Shawshank Redemption, The Matrix, anything by or with Clint Eastwood
* Listening to music: Hard Rock mainly, but in fact anything from Mozart to Metallica
* Hiking
* Cooking
* And of course, having some quality time with my daughter!! Spanish is my mother tongue and I can speak, read and write in fluent English.
About postcards, I'd like to receive postcards with the name of the city/country they come from, plus an image of that place; receiving traditional recipes of your place of residence would be nice too; any postcard related with any of my hobbies/interests would be exciting to get!! But in the end, let's face it, ANY kind would be welcomed!!
About the content, I've been thinking it would be funny and interesting if you answered to this questions:
1) What's the name of your city and where is it located in your country?
2) What are your favourite film and book??
3) Which three items would you take to a deserted island?? And, if you hace enough space in the postcard, why those three??
4) Any other topic you like.
I've thought this would be a nice way of getting interesting, curious postcards, but if you don't agree, you can write about anything you feel like.
