About Victor...

I'm looking for swapping postcards mailed with commemorative stamps on the postcard. Any commemorative stamp goes. Please do not use postal meters as franking. If it is not a burden, try to get handstamp from post office when mailing. Also please, if your postal authority use labels as prioritaire, par avion, etc., please use them if available on the postcard.

Since this is random swapping, I would like if possible to receive photo size postcards because I will use a photo album to collect them. If that is not possible, it doesn't matter

Those which mail me postcards with the following stamps (the list might be updated) will receive a second postcard in swap as a bonus:

Argentina - Pope Francis 2013 stamps

Austria - Madagascar 2012 stamps

Austria living in Vienna or near - United Nations stamps

Belgium - Chocolate 2013 stamps

Brazil - stamps of president Lula (*) and of the 350th anniversary of mail 2013

France - Edith Piaf and Salon du Timbre 2012 stamps

France living in Paris or near Paris - UNESCO stamps

People in active military duty - if the postal regulation allows the use of stamps with postmarks from the armed forces postal service. If not and only a postmark is used, it's ok. (*)

People which work in embassies and consulates if their embassy and consulate is allowed to use postmarks (*)

People which work as official international volunteers if the host country allows them to have a separate postal service from their country of origin (*)

People which live in countries that have regular private mail service (not same day or two day delivery (Argentina and New Zealand are examples of countries with those services) and mail me with stamps of those services.
