I live in Tucson, Arizona in the Sonoran Desert.

My hobbies include postcard collecting, stamp collecting and mail in general (pen pals, mail art projects, etc.) Growing plants.

I love all animals and am owned by three dogs and a Green Cheek Conure named "Sky".

Here are a few things that I enjoy:

* Black & White cards

* Art including aboriginal and religious art of any religion BUT, please NO MANGA, Anime or graphic art like Disney, Pixar, etc. I didn't like them as a child and still don't. ;-)

* Women in Red, White or Blue
* Men At Work; Men in Art

* Cards showing people reading, writing or both.
*Books,libraries, printing, illuminated manuscripts

* Cards related to Philately - stamp collecting

* Any and all Dog, Bird and Cat cards.

Although I'm not a great fan of multi-view cards they are okay with me if that is all you can find.

Please send in an envelope if it is easy and cheap to do. Sadly our postal system machines destroy the cards often.

* I prefer cards that are written on and dated and say something about YOU . What did you read last, for example? What is next on the list is ??? Suggestions?

A special interest is cards and stamps related to holidays in your country and definitely the Chinese 12-Animal Zodiac. I have received some nice handdrawn cards. See them here:
