I love the idea of snail mail and receiving mail. To me it's a great way of sharing a little slice of culture; history; and daily-life with others.

I confess, when I first joined and started sending postcards - I was young and have not planted roots yet. Distractions and personal matters had prevented me from being active and I had to leave on a long hiatus. But each postcard that I had received from this exchange have helped and cheered me up tremendously.
Each time I opened the mailbox, seeing a postcard was the highlight of my day.
I had done some growing and much more grounded.

That being said: I would love to brighten someone's day just as many of my own correspondents had done for me in the past.

I'm friendly and funny. I love drawing, writing, and reading. I collect coins and stamps.

And I absolutely love meeting new people from around the world and love to travel.

Any kind of postcard is great. I love to learn new languages so feel free to use any of your native greetings (although a translation would be greatly appreciated.)
