I'm Carey.
I live in the US (born and raised), but my international friends say I'm not your typical American. :) I don't seem to have a lot of the typical American ideas.

I'm 37, and have 3 cats and a dog, all of them rescues in one way or another. I live with my fiance (we are going to get married in October 2015!), and a roommate, in a condo.

It says to say what kind of postcards I like the most... Anything that shows something about your country that you like and think tourists miss or miss out on, or that you wish they'd care more about than they do... Anything artsy... Anything with animals. Anything, really, but I'd love to see things from around the world that I probably won't see otherwise. But whatever you want to send is great :)

If you're at a loss as to what to write, teach me something in your language, share your favorite musician/band, or tell me your favorite game to play (card/board/console/system).

I'm a gamer. I like board games (Sentinels of the Multiverse, Arkham Horror, Elder Signs) or card games (Cards against Humanity, Thunderstone, Munchkin). I also play Vampire or Werewolf games, via the White Wolf system. I'm not a console player (all thumbs when it comes to controls), but rather watch and cheer on as my friends play things like Assassin's Creed III, Left 4 Dead, or Bioshock.
