Hello. My name is Cheryl and I live in a small town just outside of Tampa Florida USA. I have lived in Florida most of my life and have never been outside of the US. I love the idea of traveling but don't care for planes or boats...so I travel vicariously through the postcards I send and receive. I am a third generation letter writer. I remember watching my dad write letters as a child, a habit he picked up from his mother. I have been collecting postcards for about 7 years now and am excited about expanding my collection here on Postcrossing. I love most any postcard. I particularly like the scenic ones as I love seeing the wonderful places that you live, but also love postcards that express your personality, your heritage, your love of art, ect. I've never received a disappointing postcard :)
