A Dutch friend told me about Postcrossing, and in this world of high tech communications, i thought it was a great way of getting back to basics.

I enjoy meeting new people, singing, cycling, movies, and i live for my weekends :-)
My all time favourite film is Life is beautiful by Roberto Benigni,
and i'm still discovering the world of music as there is always something new to be heard.
My favourite band is Elbow,(although there are many i love) and a great solo artist i have recently discovered is Gotye from New Zealand.

I work part time as a catering assistant for Tesco (the UK's leading supermarket) so i have to keep the staff well fed and rested. The rest of my time is spent with friends, family, and looking after my bad back.

I look forward to postcrossing with people across the world.
I would love to receive cards with local information on them. Not the usual tourist trap information you can get in a brochure!
Also unusual or interesting cards which are beautiful, and arty cards too :-)
Please send cards which are supporting your favourite bands too.
I don't mind what the stamps are like, as long as they cover the price of postage ;-)
Alternatively, anything which catches the eye of the sender is good too.
Please write a greeting in your native language. I love to hear different languages, but please write the rest of the card in English.
