Hello, My name is April and I live near my native city, Chicago. My husband, Bill, and I both loved this place and enjoyed driving around and seeing sites that were memorable to us. I am retired now and live in a small quiet southern suburb. He was in industrial sales and I was a librarian.

I am an avid stamp collector, and recently became interested in vinyl records. I enjoy sending and receiving "snail mail", especially postcards.

I like to read and started a 'classic' book group in 1986 and it is still going strong. We mostly read 19th and early 20th century novels - American, English, and good translations of 'World Classics".

Due to health issues, I am not able to travel as I would like and so I am looking forward to getting postcard 'souvenirs' delivered to my mailbox. I would love to see pictures of different locales and hear about peoples lives.

A motto that I have adopted: Make every day a 'Good Mail Day'!
