Hello hello!

I am a 26 year old Foundation Phase (Grade 1) teacher living in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa. The school that I am teaching at mostly caters for the underprivileged which makes my job a lot more rewarding than any other teaching I have done in the past.

I enjoy the more cultural side of life i.e. dancing and music as well as traveling. I also enjoy reading and here and there trying out a Gordon Ramsay recipe or 2 (not that they are always a success). I have visited the U.S (Miami), England and France, but would love to see more of Europe.

I've only recently come across the whole idea of Postcrossing after a friend told me about it. The idea of communicating with people from across the world really intrigues me. In Vanderbijlpark there is really not much to do, so it is exciting to find something that will keep me occupied and have fun at the same time!

I appreciate any look, shape or form of postcard coming from around the world. My idea is to create a collage of all the postcards (as my home as a travelling theme) and put it up on the wall for others to enjoy. Interesting stamps and views of your town/cultural attire are always interesting to me.

On the postcard it would be great if you could tell me something interesting about yourself or something you absolutely love about your country/town.
