I live in the High Desert in California with my husband, three children and two little dogs. I grew up in southern California and have been to Disneyland more times than I can count.

I'm pretty techie and talk to people for a living, but still love good old-fashioned postal mail.

My children found this project and after watching them be excited to send and receive postcards from all over the world, I signed up too!

I love to travel, love the computer, love mail, love new experiences and love meeting new people! This project speaks to many of my loves in a positive, fun way.

As far as hobbies: I work 2 jobs and have 3 kids. Who has time for hobbies? I like to read (fiction and non-fiction) and write. I'm in the process of starting a blog.

What kinds of postcards would I like to receive? I love art, photos of places I've never seen, retro and kitschy things. I'd like to receive homemade postcards as well.

I would be interested in direct swaps. I love folk art, things that represent your experience of your country and trinkets from tourist places.
