Carpe_Librum

Hello! I'm a children's librarian currently living in Philadelphia. I have two cats, a lot of hobbies (including but not limited to woodworking and sewing), and (predictably) a love of books. I like fantasy, scifi, and stories with found families in them in particular! I read mostly children's books because of my job (and because there are a lot of good ones), but I do occasionally dabble in grownup books too.

I would love any kind of postcard and any kind of postcard message, but if you're looking for specific postcard ideas here are a few things I tend to like:

- fantasy or scifi
- illustrations
- people from your country
- cats
- space
- postcards that show something of where you live
- black and white photography
- funny cards
- cute cards
- handmade cards
- shaped cards (it's okay if they're in an envelope - I know it's hard for them to survive sometimes otherwise!)
- some of the characters or creators I tend to like: Pusheen, Snoopy/Charlie Brown, Studio Ghibli, Tintin, Avatar the Last Airbender, Terry Pratchett
- anything that has a particular significance to you that you'd like to share with me!

- Are there any children's books in your language that you would recommend for my library? (I'm in charge of the language section and always looking for more titles!)
