About Carina...

I love sharing time with my family and friends. And at any chance I get, I also enjoy reading books, going to the theatre, to art galleries, watching films and being in touch with nature. I also enjoy good food and long table talks! I would love to travel more since I've been to few places in my own country and I've never been abroad yet so that is why I find Postcrossing so fascinating: it is the way I travel and meet interesting people until I can do the real thing =D

I truly appreciate when the sender takes their time to write the postcard and makes it unique. I would be happy to know about:
- your personal life (family, holidays, interests, etc.)
- a special tradition that you and your family share,
- a special tradition in your culture,
- an extraordinary experience that you have gone through,
- the way you and your partner met,
- a quote that you like and would like to share with me

My preferences:
- I really like sending out postcards and receiving them! All kinds of them! Except for homemade ones.
- I love to receive a postcard that shows me something about your part of the world: landscapes, famous landmarks, something traditional to your country, architecture, history, culture, people, art, indigenous animals (not farm or pet animals like dogs or cats),
- paintings that are interesting to you,
- book covers that are interesting to you,
- family-friendly cards
- and please, handwritten!
- I like getting postcards with no envelope since I enjoy seeing the stamps on them: they are the mark of the journey they have gone through. It is part of the beauty of the postcard =D
- I think reading my profile before sending me a postcard is a nice gesture and it also enriches the exchange. It is something I always do before sending mines =D.

Thank you for reading this!

Happy/Feliz/Felice Postcrossing!
Carina.

PS: I've just got a postcard that had been sent long ago but the system tells me this: " Sorry, but RU-4218394 was sent over 1 year ago and can no longer be registered." SO if you read this, Pavel, let me know!
