Hello, my name is Caitlin. I hope to be a writer someday and am working towards that, but I also love to read. My favourite books are The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Jane Eyre. It would be lovely to find out what your favourite books are, or the sort of things you like to read about.
I also enjoy music, so I would like to know what your favourite song is. I love animals too (I own a dog and two cats), so if you own any animals or also share an interest in them, that would be nice to read about. Moles are my favourite animal (I love Krtek's Little Mole) so if you are able to find postcards with them on, I would be very pleased.
I also love any postcards with illustrations of characters you have grown up with in your childhood It would be great if you could introduce me to some that perhaps aren't so well known outside of your country.
Please tell me something about your culture that you think isn't really known to people outside of it. Maybe there's a stereotypical view about people from your country that you think is wrong, or maybe there's a fact about your country that makes you really proud to be a part of it. I love to learn, so if there is something you feel you could enlighten me on, I would be happy to hear it.
I don't really mind what sort of postcards I receive, as long as they aren't rude in the image or in the message. Ultimately I am more interested in the message you write than the appearance of the postcard.

To people interested in direct swaps: because of the current COVID-19 situation, I unfortunately cannot send any postcards outside of the UK right now, because my post office has closed. However, I still have UK stamps, so it would be great to get to know someone new during this time.
