Howdy from Texas. I was born in Frederickburg, Texas, which is a small German community outside of Austin, Texas. But now my family and I reside in a large oil town called Midland, Texas. I love the great outdoors! I especially love to share the outdoors with my family, my daughters and sons, but above all my wife. We like little excursions even if they may not produce spectacular results. I like to think there is an adventure around every corner. Nature is beautiful. I would love to see nature in your part of the world, but more importantly, the things that are beautiful to you. All postcards are welcome.
I love Country Western music. I even play many instruments: pedal steel guitar, mandolin, piano, fiddle, violin, guitar, harpsichord, harmonica, and the list is still growing. I love to camp, hunt, and fish especially all in the same weekend.
I hope to travel to Germany one day and track deep into my family history. At the most recent family reunion, we found a photo and maps of our old family homestead in Hanover, Germany, that was a little piece of history worthy of a postcard. Maybe when I make it to Germany, I will explore the rest of Europe.
