About Bronwyn...

I've always enjoyed geography and maps, so I was happy when I discovered Postcrossing.

I currently work in the public schools evaluating students for different learning disabilities and consulting with teachers/students/families to help the child with disabilities in school. When not at work, I love to read, walk in nature, fix up my home, work in my small vegetable and flower garden, do jigsaw puzzles and watch BBC shows (mysteries, dramas, documentaries).

Ideas for postcards:

Send me a card about something that makes you happy or you find interesting (and share why)

OR

Here are some of my favorite things in no particular order. I also love beautiful and interesting stamps.

-City/region/country where you live
-Scenes showing your culture and traditions
-Festivals, holidays, celebrations, Christmas cards
-Trees
-Nature scenes and gardens
-Reading, books, libraries: please share a book recommendation
-Maps
-Art, especially watercolors, abstract landscapes (any medium), wood block prints
-National Parks and UNESCO Heritage sites
-BBC shows, especially mystery and period dramas
-Local architecture: traditional homes and churches, cathedrals, synagogues, mosques
-Scandinavian and minimalist design (homes, furniture, art, etc)
-Folk tales, fairy tales, traditional lore
-Mathematics or computer themes (for my son)
-Homemade cards are also welcome

Not sure what to write? Please tell me about your day, no matter how ordinary; how or why you chose your job/occupation; what brings you joy or happiness; What little things make you smile when life is hard? Or include a sketch of something you enjoy or that describes you. Tell me what I should see or visit if I came to your country or area. If you are a student, describe your school/program and what you enjoy learning about.
