Hello to you! My name is Nathan and I am a 41 year old father of three living in the Fens of England.

I work as a cinema manager in a small indie cinema and I really enjoy scheduling and exhibiting films for our lovely audiences, which is pretty great. I am getting more and more involved with the world of cinema, with visits to London sites and managing others, so I am lucky to have such opportunities. With this in mind any cinema or film-related postcards/stamps are going to be VERY MUCH appreciated and make my face super cheerful!

I joined the site about 12 years ago and it has always been an escape for me at some bad times in my life. I look forward to having more good vibes.

As a photographer and a people watcher I am hoping to receive cards which tell a little yourself (be it an image that relates to your personality perhaps?), where you live or the people around you. All cards will be welcomed regardless of this, so if you happen to live in a three house hamlet with no local shop feel free to send anything at all. (I once got a cutting from a cereal box from an artist friend... was tres awesome!)

I truly appreciate you all for taking part in this fantastic project and look forward to finding out something about your part of the world.

I shall (unless requested otherwise) be sending cards that fall into one of four (or more) categories:

1) Cards that are ridiculous
2) Cards featuring adverts for particularly British products
3) Cards which feature my local area/or one I have recently visited
4) Cards that I would wish to receive myself

Cautionary Tale - Don't rely on the postbox you use to be genuine... after only two of mine arrived at their destinations I realised that for the last couple of months I have been posting into an ornamental garden feature... Sorry to those - if you are made aware - that didn't get the cards, I enquired at the property and they are all a messy goop now due to rainfall... :(
