I am retired from General Electric, Medical Systems Div., Programs, and was involved with the development of MRI (superconducting magnets to be exact). My wife of 63 yrs. (we were just kids) is retired from the State of Maryland, Legislative Services. We were heavily involved with horses for over 12 yrs. (lived on a farm in central New Hampshire). Then, we were heavily involved with sail boats for over 30 yrs. (lived on Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland). Then, we were heavily involved with camping/kayaking/fishing (living in south Florida and traveling throughout the USA). Now, we are heavily involved with bird watching and keeping Doctor's appointments. Had the great idea of mounting a couple owl houses a couple of months ago. Couldn't believe that ducks and squirrels destroyed them !I wish that more people could enjoy the diverse life that we have lived.
