We both enjoy:

Nature, trees, water, landscape views.

Animals, both land and water critters. I really like owls, and my husband likes jellyfish.

Old wooden sailboats, tall ships, nautical themes, charts, ocean/river views, seashells, shipwrecks.

My husband would be interested in reading something in your native language. He knows a small amount of Spanish, French and German. If you would like to write some words in your language, he would enjoy that!
