Hello!
My name is Anna (or Annie, Anka if you want), I'm 17 y.o. girl from Jablonec nad Nisou, a town in northern part of Czech Republic.

My biggest dream is to travel the world, I love exploring new places and meeting different cultures, it really changes the way you see the world and you gain so much great experience!

Another passion of mine is learning languages, I have English and French classes at school and I'm trying to learn some Norwegian and Finnish in my free time, but I'd love to learn more in future.

Other things that make me happy include reading- I'm crazy into Terry Pratchett and nordic noir, photography, drawing, listening to music (all sorts of things from Rammstein, Pink Floyd or Sólstafir to ABBA and Mumford & Sons- but mainly lots of 'small' bands from not so known subgenres), playing violin, sport shooting, drinking tea, summer storms, meeting interesting people, candles and fuzzy socks...

I also love spending time outside in nature and hiking in mountains all around my hometown.

And I'm really into the kind of movies that no one knows about and your local cinema plays them only once or twice because almost no one comes to see them (although they're pretty good in the end, haha).

The postcards I like the most are:

• Anything typical for your town or country- nature, building, animals, clothes, food, etc.

• Landscapes and national parks, especially if you are from one of Nordic countries, Canada or New Zealand. I love your nature and landscapes!

• Fantasy, mythical creatures (fairies, elves, trolls, etc.), folklore

• Mountains, Lakes, Forests
• Greetings from ... cards (I already have Belgium, Netherlands and Austria)

You can tell me something about yourself- hobbies you love, your dreams, passions, crazy wishes, exciting experiences, small things that make you happy... I love those tiny bits of yourself that you share with me through the postcard :)

I'd like to find out something new about other cultures too, so if there is something interesting about yours, I'd love to know it!
I'll be also happy if you write some unusual words in your language (hopefully with English translation).
