I am the single mother of a 6 year old little boy, and he rules my world. I live in beautiful Chesapeake, VA, and feel lucky to be surrounded by so much natural beauty and great history. I collect frogs, and I have 5 cats, 2 birds and a very spoiled Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Chihuahua. I love video games, paper craft, crocheting, and all things crafty and creative.

As far as what kind of postcards I would like to get...simply put: all kinds. I find this new hobby fascinating, and I am having so much fun going about trying to find new postcards to send. One of the downsides to living in a sort of small town is that there are virtually NO postcards that show anything about Chesapeake. However, because we are a part of the seven cities that make up Hampton Roads, it is relatively easy to find postcards for both Virginia Beach (a short 20 minute drive) or Norfolk (about 10 minutes by car). I also live within an hour of the wonderful historic areas of Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown which all offer all kinds of gorgeous postcards.
