Hello Postcrossers!I am Mel and i'm an artist, currently based in Cardiff, originally from Cyprus.
I love sending and receiving postcards.

Here are the types of postcards i'd like to receive:

* VINTAGE! (illustrations, pin up, old postcards of your city/country, etc.)
* Monuments, famous buildings, cathedrals, castles, churches of your country.
* Street art, photography, artistic postcards in general actually :D
* Special events, showing your culture.
* Rock bands (any rock bands since the 70's-90's), i also love indie rock bands.
* Postcards showing the old punk lifestyle, literature, art.
* ANIME!
* I LOVE LOVE LOVE the traditional art of China and Japan, so if you come from China/Japan, i'd love to receive one of those postcards!
* Hippies, peace signs.
* Anime :D

I don't like multiview postcards or advertisement postcards.

I would love it if you could write me your favourite book, song/band, movie and what your hobby is, what you can't live without.
I would also like it if you could write me a phrase, a famous saying of your country in your own language and translate it in English for me.
Anything else you would like to share with me would be very sweet :) I will also do the same in return!
