I've lived all over the United States - Michigan, Florida, Indiana, Texas & Iowa. I've liked every place I've lived, but - we love Indiana! Most of our family lives here. Although my parents live in Maryland, my sister lives in Maine and my brother lives in Washington State :). My husband and I have been married for 12 years and we have a 7 year old daughter, a 3 year old daughter, and a 1 year old son. They are our joy!! We love to travel. This year alone, we'll have been to Washington D.C., Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois & Wisconsin. I love history. It would be fun to have a little known fact about where you live on the postcard I receive!
I'm also a photographer - I mostly take pictures of babies, kids & their families. Love it, but always wanting to be better! I love working with youth ministry at our church.

Is there a phrase used in your town a lot, but maybe not everywhere else? For example - I've noticed that in New Jersey they say, "Not for nothing" before they say something that might otherwise be insulting. But I've never heard anyone say that in Indiana :) !!

If you like to send things other than postcards - I'd love to get a local children's book for my kids!!
