Bountiful Harvests in Liouying, Taiwan. Not sure what is being harvested. Does anyone know? - Thank you "jtz1009". It's bitter melon.

It's 'Bitter Melon' (苦瓜), a common Taiwanese crop. As in the name 'Bitter (苦)', it does taste 'quite' bitter, along with a sweetness at the same time. There are some dishes featuring this particular vegetable. |
