Monument to the decembrists in the form of a memorial plate with mosaic panels and a marble board, on which the names of the decembrists are embossed. This is a tribute to the exiled participants in the uprising of 1825, representatives of the nobility, educated people, thanks to whom medicine, education, and culture began to develop in this remote outskirts of the Russian state. Located next to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.

Памятник декабристам в виде мемориальной плиты с панно из мозаики и мраморной доской, на которой выбиты имена декабристов. Это дань признательности ссыльным участникам восстания 1825 года, представителям дворянского сословия, образованным людям, благодаря которым в этой глухой окраине русского государства начали развиваться медицина, образование, а также культура. Располагается рядом с Александро-Невским собором.
