An architectural monument - Sevastyanov’s House - a visiting card of the Ural capital - of the city of Yekaterinburg.
The palace with a bicentennial history with the unique architecture of that time is a combination of the Neo-Gothic style with Baroque elements, that belonged to the colleague assessor (kollézhskiy aséssor) N.I. Sevastyanov, now it is the Ural residence of the President of the Russian Federation.
