I love Máchovo jezero! Our family (me, my little daughter - 5 - and my boyfriend) loves to go there on every summer - sandy beach, clear and warm water, fine scent of pine trees... and beautiful landscape with the darksome Bezděz Castle :-) Well-known Czech poet K. H. Mácha has written much about this land and the lake has been named in his honour (Máchovo jezero = Mácha's Lake). |
