How can I recover access to my account?

If you’re having trouble accessing your Postcrossing account and cannot reset your password by yourself, please get in touch!

To help us find your account and verify your identity, please include the following information in your request:

• Username
• Email address used in your Postcrossing account (even if you no longer have access to it)
• One photo with 2 postcards you’ve received, showing their message side (including the Postcard ID and your name and address).
