About Jamie...

I'm 30 and an only child.

At an early age, my dad instilled in me a desire to see the world. He didn't want me to be "just another LA kid." The furthest from home I've been is Italy, Greece, a few of the Greek Isles, and Ephesus. Have also been to Canada (Montréal, Toronto, and Vancouver/Victoria). Would LOVE to go back to Europe, but would also love to see Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and pretty much anywhere in between.

I have an extensive taste in music, one could almost call it eclectic. If it has a beat, there's a pretty good chance I'll give it a listen. I have two favorite bands right now: The Hives, and Flight of the Conchords, who are hilarious! Also have recently become a fan of Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls. I'm a bit of an action movie junkie, but every once in a while I like a good romantic comedy. Huge Stephen King and Robert Ludlum fan, among other books. Philippa Gregory, Tolkien, John Grisham, Nick Hornby, Harry Potter books, Terry Goodkind's "Sword Of Truth" series, Steve Berry, and David Gibbins to name a few.

In the past five years, my best friend has turned me into a "foodie," someone who has a passion for discovering and eating new foods. I've followed gourmet food trucks around the Los Angeles Metro Area, and in some cases, Southern California.

And I love meeting new people, so I look forward to hearing about you or anything you'd like to share with me!

I'm not picky about types of postcards. I like to think that what I'm sent is an insight into the personality of the sender. Please just send me a couple bits of info about yourself:
