Hello there,

I am a worldexplorer from the Netherlands and living for more than 10 years in Turku, Finland. Travelling is one of my great passions while it is great to meet lots of people and get to known different cultures. Always wondering what is happening on the other side of the world.

Living in the south of Finland is very nice, the nature is great as well in winters as in summers. My theme of life is very simple: life is short, the world is huge ....so explore it before its too late. Everything is possible!

One of my other hobbies is reading books and there are more books waiting for me to read than i can manage at the moment:) I like sports, especially football, ice-hockey and ski-jumping.

I prefer to receive postcards from the cities/places you are living in or from beautiful landscapes like forests and mountains. I also like to receive postcards of Chinese and Hindu temples as well of Mosques. I have visited many of them on my travels and they are always inspiring me.

To everybody (and especially F-16 freaks) .... if any of you can find something about US Air Force Flight Demonstration Squadron Thunderbirds or anything about F-16 Fighting Falcon aircrafts, from postcards, magazines, whatever you can find.....it will surely make my day more sunnier!!!!!

I also like the paintings of Edvard Munch, Ivan Shishkin and Ivan Aivazovsky, but my favorite is Konstantin Flavitsky (unfortunately he didn't paint so much and died to soon)
