I am 58 years old, separated from my wife and live 5km from the sea near Felixstowe, which is Europe's busiest container port and a holiday resort. The nearest large town is Ipswich.
I am a postcard addict - my collection of postcards consists of over 112 500 cards. I prefer viewcards measuring 15cm X 10cm (6 X 4 inches) and if possible showing a serial number, although not all cards have serial numbers. (A bar-code is usually not a serial number.)
Please DO NOT send hand-made, ad-cards, self-made photographs, greetings cards (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter), art cards, drawings, shaped cards, black-and-white/sepia cards, vintage, etc. I'm sorry but I don't like or collect these.
My preferences include places of interest, for example: castle, palace, ruin, abbey, monastery, church, cathedral, temple, mosque, monument, city, mountains, volcano, custom, tradition, nature, scenery, map, ancient or modern architecture - something I would like to see if I came to your area. Map cards are welcome too, and I like single and multi-views.
