I'm a Canadian, originally from Alberta. I have lived in Japan for 15 years, but don't speak a lot of Japanese, and read even less. I married a Japanese man who speaks English and we just celebrated our tenth anniversary. Life is very different in Japan than in Canada.
I teach English to adults in Japan so I'm always looking for postcards of places and things that my students might be interested in.
I collect movie postcards and black & white postcards of famous people, especially actors and actresses.
I love movies, books, crochet, music and food!
I'd love to get cards that show

-B&W portraits of actors/actresses/writers
-yarn crafts, especially crochet related
-food
-Books or the writing process
-Beautiful views from your area or country
-something that really interests you...why does it?
Not a fan of cards of dogs(except Shelties), cats or children. Please keep them for someone who would appreciate them.
However, I will happily accept any kind of postcard. Please WRITE SOMETHING on the card!
If you need a topic to write about, please tell me what your favourite movie is! I like many, but I love Casablanca, Dead Again, and Strictly Ballroom. Oh, and Tremors too!

***Please DON'T send your cards in an envelope. I like seeing the postmarks on the card.
***From Japan, it is more expensive to send cards to you in an envelope. I have a strict budget for Postcrossing so I am not able to do it. Thank you for understanding.
