I am 44 years old finnish woman. I have two boys with my husband. And we have a cat. I collect stamps and beautiful postcards.
My favourite postcards are
- Unesco World Heritage Sites
- faces of children or old people (of your country)
- people working, sleeping or having fun
- motherhood, paternity
- hands (caring, praying, smoothing, begging, loving, etc.)
- doors, windows, gates, balconies, etc.
- roads, paths, streets, hiways, etc.
- Nouvelles Images (many small pictures of the same theme)
- any kind of beautiful landscapes
- also selfmade cards, if you have done it with your heart
- from Finland: mieluiten kirjoittamattomana kirjekuoressa ja kuoren päällä jokin uusimmista merkeistä vuosilta 2008-2010
You don't need to write long stories, the postcard is enough and unusual, real stamps on it are extra fine. If it isn't too expensive for you, please, send your card in an envelope. So it's easier to save the used stamps for my collection.
Senders from USA, could you send a map card with the name of the state - or any other card with the state name on the front side, please.
Senders from the Netherlands, I like also Jip en Janneke -cards.
