Hello, my dears!

My name is Tatiana, and my username here is short for Jolly Roger.

I live with my parents and two younger sisters. We have a White West Highland Terrier who is love, but I still miss my cats. In 2011, we had two cats put down. One of them was gorgeous Ebony Solid Oriental Shorthair and I believe it's the most beautiful cat breed in the world. I also believe cats are the world's finest creatures in general (I'm a cat person, could you tell?).

Seahorses are some kind of totem animals to me; I decided to put one on the avatar since I take pictures of myself less often than I change my hair style:)

I like travelling and taking pictures of buildings and landscapes, and I always take a picture of the typical mailboxes of the country. I'm interested in photography and art, I like steampunk aesthetic and street art (especially graffity, as opposed to sticker slapping), fantasy novels, folklore fairytales and mythology. I'm interested in ethnology and love learning new facts about peoples around the world (especially their national costumes, traditional food and traditional believes and legends). I like going to ethnologic museums and art galleries.

I have a major sweet tooth:) I like eating and drinking and sleeping. I suppose I'm a bit lazy. My favourite food type is hot and spicy. What I drink most often is tea, but I also like wine and coffee.

I'm a proud Harry Potter fan since 2001:) Pottermore has sorted me into Slytherin, but all my favourite characters are from Gryffindor. I couldn't believe my sorting, I'm like Sirius Black reversed! Naturally, I saw that some answers are more likely to land me in Gryffindor, but decided to answer the questions honestly and see what it got me! Oh well, could've been worse, could've been sorted into Hufflepuff.

Postcrossing is my favourite hobby, but sometimes I can't upload photos of cards, sorry! I do care about the cards, though, very much so.

One of my personal goals is to collect postcards from each country in the world, so if you're from what is considered here a rare country (if your postcard ID is less than five digits) you can send me whatever card can represent your country (view card, card with food or national costumes, etc).

If I already have a card from your country (and if your ID is more than 5 digits, I probably do have a card from your country as it means that your country is quite active here), I think I'd prefer non-touristy and non-view cards in that case. But I like beautiful views too, and when it comes to views, my faves are views with flowers or tree branches in the forefront.

I also care about the stamps and I LOVE your messages:)
