Hello!

I was born in the mystical city of Istanbul in 1997. There, I had great many adventures throwing Simit (Turkish pastry) at the seagulls in our garden, who would occasionally visit us. In 2002, we got on a plane to Bucharest, Romania. This post-industrial, ex-communist country became my Home for 14 years. I particularly miss the Japanese Garden in Herestrau Park and the quick trips to Transylvania by train from Gara de Nord. Thereafter, I moved to a small university town called St Andrews, in Scotland where I spent the best four years of my life (so far!). Now, I am continuing my studies in International Affairs and working in Berlin, Germany. My family is spread across Uganda, Italy and Turkey so the local post office feels like my second home.

If you can, please write to me in Spanish, Greek or German as these are the secondary languages I need to practice. It can be about your life, your hometown, a book recommendation or a recipe you really like to share. But please do write, I'm really interested in what you have to say!

My home particularly likes to be decorated with the postcards below, but any other postcard is just as accepted. Please please please remember to date the postcard.
